Christmas 2010

It has been but a minute since I’ve blogged. Life has thrown me many limes and I didn’t even have time to make a key lime pie. My time was actually spent with my lovely families and I have to say, it has been the best Christmas yet.

I’ve spent close to 2 days cooking up a storm in the kitchen for our Christmas dinner and it turned out fabulous. Everything was perfect. My roast was amazingly juicy and crunchy from the dry rub on the outer fat layer crust. Tender and medium rare on the inner. The lamb lollipops were sweet and juicy with no game taste to be found.
