Steamed Seafood Feast – Round 2

These clams are steamed until they are completely opened just like the pictures below – maybe 20-25 min. You can over steam these babies and they will get rather chewy, almost like chewing on rubber bands… not too enticing to the jaw line. 🙂 Just keep an eye on them.

The dungeoness crabs are much bigger so they will steam for at least 25-30 min. and they will turn bright reddish orange in color.
