Chocolate Fondue


3 Hershey bars
about 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
2 spoonful of cool whip if you have it
1-2 tbsp. of butter to give it that shiny and glistening coat
Whatever you have in the house that can be dipped in chocolate… bring it out, cut it up and arrange it on a platter. (Marshmallows, strawberries, bananas, swiss rolls, 2-bite brownies, apples, graham crackers etc…)
You don’t need fancy picks, wooden bamboo skewers works just as well. As long as you have an emergency rescue spoon handy. 🙂

In a fondue pot, be sure to pour some water into the metal pot. The hot water will keep the chocolate warm and velvety without burning it.

Mix everything in the ceramic pot. My suggestion would be putting it over the stove on low heat to melt the chocolate first before putting it over the burner.

When the chocolate are finally melted with a smooth shiny form, it’s ready to dip!
