My-Thai Chicken Wings


It’s still a developing recipe but just to give you a gist of what I used.


2 small pack of chicken wings
1/8 cup fish sauce
1/8 cup sugar (if you have palm sugar, it works best!)
Juice of one medium lime
Generous black pepper
1-2 Garlic gloves mashed, not minced


Wash and dry the wings

deep fry in hot oil until golden brown, about 15-20 min depending on your heat.

In a separate pan, guesstimate roughly… It should be sweet, slightly savory and a bit of tart from the lime.

let it reduced down about 5 min…

When the wings are done, put in a paper towel plate to remove the grease. and immediately tossed into the sauce pan. coat it evenly and let it reduced down another 2-3 min…

Garnish with green onions and cilantro.
